A Bag-a-Lope is an envelope turned into a little gift bag.
To get the pattern, I just took apart one of our standard sized SU! envelopes and traced the pattern out on our new Bella Designer Series Paper.
The topper is made with the BigZ Top Note die. (I just love playing, creating new things with the new Big Shot.) Use the crop-a-dile (CAD) to punch through all the layers of paper at one time -- easy-peasy.
The matching ribbon is the Riding Hood Red taffata.
The inside is stuffed with home made raffia and chocolate -- Of course!

We made this fabulous card tonight at my upline's "Direct's" Meeting.
It's a real beauty that I will definitely and totally CASE (Copy and Share Everything).
OK, I'll also try it out in some other colors and arrangements, but the basic procedure will still be the same.

Stamp Set: Inspired by Nature, and Heard from the Heart
Ink: Tangerine Tango, Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette
Card Stock: Tangerine Tango, Pink Pirouette, Whisper White
Other: 1/4" White Grosgrain Ribbon
How to: Stamp the daisies with the P.Pirouette classic ink pad. Using a sponge dauber rubbed in the T.Tango ink, lightly "bounce" the dauber on the center or top portion of the flower buds. Then take another dauber and rub it in the R.H.Red ink and touch up the petals. Give your stamp the "breath test" by huffing on it to moisten the ink and then stamp on the W.White card stock.
I also sponged the edges of the W.W. cardstock with the R.H.Red ink dauber. My partner and sister demonstrator, Diana Bock, said she's going to use her two-way glue pen and add a little Dazzling Diamonds to the buds. Thanks for the idea!
The Stamp of the Month Club (SOMC) has been rescheduled to the 26th and 27th of September 2008.

The Big Shot is a Big Deal. True confessions. I was so excited to get my 
new Big Shot that I just had to try everything. The directions say it cuts through 8 sheets of card stock at one time using the BigZ die, DO NOT force it. Our card stock is so strudy that SU! now recommends cutting fewer sheets of card stock with the BigZ dies. SU! is a great, GREAT company. I had an accident with my Big Shot and SU! immediately shipped out a new one to me so I could continue with my happy projects. There are so many cool things you can do.
